An assortment of 3D printed concrete modules, or “shells,” can be combined in various ways to allow each home to be personalized to suit the wants and needs of the individual. The solar module (with built-in solar panel racks), the green module (with incorporated planters for home garden walls), and the water module (formed to facilitate rain water collection and filtration) are each individually printed and arranged on-site to expedite the construction process and therefore drastically reduce construction costs.
